羟化聚天冬氨酸/纳米SiO_2复合高吸水性树脂的制备与性能

摘    要:以中间体聚琥珀酰亚胺(PS)I和改性纳米SiO2为原料,己二胺为交联剂,乙醇胺为改性剂,采用溶液一步合成法制备了羟化聚天冬氨酸/纳米SiO2复合高吸水性树脂,探讨了SiO2用量对复合树脂吸液倍率和耐盐性的影响,考察了复合树脂在不同盐溶液和自来水中的吸液性能,采用热重分析法测定树脂的热稳定性,SEM和FTIR观察、鉴定了树脂的形态和组成,结果表明,SiO2的添加能够大幅提高吸水性树脂的耐盐性能,表面改性的纳米SiO2与羟化聚天冬氨酸结合牢固,在体系中分散均匀。复合树脂具有良好的吸液性、耐盐性、热稳定性及保水性能。

Abstract:Hydroxylated polyaspartic acid / nano-silica super absorbent composite was synthesized using one-step synthetic methods in solution, with poly-succinimide (PSI) and modified nano-silica as raw material, hexamethylenediamine as cross linking agents and ethanolamine as modifiers.
