聚丙烯腈基两亲性聚合物纳米微球的制备研究

摘    要:结合分子组装辅助的乳液聚合和化学修饰方法制备出内核为疏水交联聚丙烯腈,外壳为亲水性交联聚丙烯酰胺和聚丙烯酸的核-壳结构的两亲性聚合物纳米微球,采用动态光散射、傅立叶红外光谱法、元素分析法、透射电镜和扫描电镜观察等表征了各种聚合物纳米微球的大小、组成、形态和pH响应行为,重点研究其受化学修饰反应时间的影响,结果表明,两亲性聚合物纳米微球的大小、组成、形态和pH响应行为可通过化学修饰反应时间进行调控。

Abstract:Amphiphilic polymeric nanospheres with core of hydrophobic crosslinked polyacrylonitrile(PAN) and shell of hydrophilic crosslinked polyacrylamide and poly(acrylic acid),were prepared via a combination of molecular assembly-assisted emulsion polymerization and chemical modification method.Dynamic light scattering,FT-IR spectrometry,elemental analysis,TEM and SEM observations were employed to characterize the size,composition,morphology and pH-responsive behavior of various nanospheres.The results show that t...
