| 摘 要： | 通过分析对比,筛选出适宜作开口剂的原料和载体树脂,探讨了添加剂对生产工艺的影响,并运用正交实验法确定开口剂母粒配方。与进口母粒对比,自行研制的开口母粒可显著提高聚乙烯薄膜开口性能,完全可以取代进口,实现工业化应用

| Abstract: | Through analysing and comparing,this paper chose the raw materials and carrier resin suitable for antiblocking agent,probed the effect of additives on manufacturing process and confirmed the formula of antiblocking masterbatch with orthonormal experiment.Comparing with import masterbatch,the antiblocking masterbatch which was developed by ourselves could remarkably improve the antiblocking performance of PE film and would replace the imports completely and realize the application of industrialization. |
