钙基脱硫剂高温分解特性模拟研究

摘    要:以反应动力学为基础,考虑CO2在产物层中的扩散影响、分解过程中CaO的高温烧结作用及CO2的烧结影响。模拟研究钙基脱硫剂石灰石(CaCO2)在不同的反应温度、气氛及颗粒粒径下的分解特性及生成CaO的比表面积变化情况。

Abstract:Limestone (CaCO 3) is a commonly-used calcium-based sorbent.The specific surface area of the porous decomposition product (CaO) has a great effect on the removal of SO 2/H 2S in combustion systems.Based on the reaction kinetics,the decomposition properties of limestone and the specific surface area of porous calcium oxide at various reaction temperatures,atmospheres and particle sizes are analyzed in this paper.The influences of CO 2 diffusion in porous product layer on decomposition,sintering of CaO during decomposition process and CO 2 on sintering were considered.
