汽轮机强制冷却过程参数控制及优化

摘    要:针对机组停机后强制冷却过程中汽轮机高压转子的热应力问题进行了三维轴对称有限单元计算,以此为基础分析了冷却空气温度和流量等控制参数对冷却过程的影响,从热应力角度出发提出了最优冷却曲线。文中阐述了汽轮机转子物理模型的选择、数学建模以及计算初始条件等问题。

Abstract:Forced cooling with hot air obliged passing through the steam path after shutting down has been widely adopted for the severe competition in the open market. For the sake of tiny convection coefficient compared with vapour, however, the security analyses have been neglected which leads the ambiguity of the potential advantages of forced cooling. Based on the three dimensional axial symmetrical thermal stress computation for the rotor of a 600?MW steam turbine produced by Shanghai Turbine Company(STC), this paper deals with some questions such as modelling, initial conditions for calculation, optimize control of the cooling process so as to provide a reference to real experimentation.
