压力容器用中厚不锈钢/钢复合板结合界面熔化缺陷机理分析

摘    要:爆炸焊接中厚不锈钢复合板时,板面容易随机产生小面积的界面熔化缺陷。从理论和实践两方面对这类缺陷产生的机理加以分析,提出了引起此类缺陷的机理是由于残留于界面内的绝热压缩空气引起的。通过修正爆炸焊接参数,消除了此类缺陷,提高了中厚不锈钢复合板的爆炸焊接成品率。

Abstract:When explosive welding the big and thick stainless steel clad plate, there are some quality defects of small area melding in interface appeared random. This article analyses the problem mechanism in theory, and practical, and pointed out that it is caused by the remnant adiabatic compress air in the bond. This kind of defect can be eliminated by amending parameters of explosive welding and increased the rate of final products of big and thick stainless steel clad plate.
