摘    要:基于南盘江流域1971~2010年25站的气温及月降水资料,分别计算了不同时间尺度的标准化降水指数(ISPI)、干旱侦测指数(IRDI)和标准化降水蒸发指数(ISPEI),以历史干旱灾情数据及典型大旱灾情数据为依据,比较分析了3种干旱指数对干旱及干旱级别的识别能力。结果表明,3种干旱指数的计算结果较为一致,具有较好的相关性;3种干旱指数对干旱和干旱等级的识别能力依次为ISPEI最强,IRDI次之,ISPI最差。ISPEI考虑了潜在蒸发量对干旱的影响,与ISPI、IRDI相比,ISPEI更适合于南盘江流域的干旱监测与评估。

Abstract:Based on the air temperature and monthly precipitation data of 25 stations in Nanpanjiang Basin from 1971 to 2010, standardized precipitation index (SPI), reconnaissance drought index (RDI) and standardized precipitation evapotranspiration index (SPEI) in different time scale are calculated, respectively. According to historical and typical drought disaster data, recognition capability of drought and drought level with three indexes are compared. The results show that three kinds of index calculation results are consistent with a good correlation; for recognition capability of drought and drought level, SPEI is the strongest, RDI takes second place, SPI is the worst; compared with SPI and RDI, SPEI is more suitable for drought monitoring and evaluation in Nanpanjiang Basin due to considering the influence of potential evapotranspiration.
