胜利油田集中供热工程监控系统的设计

摘    要:胜利油田基地集中供热工程是一项规模大、覆盖面广、技术新、难度大、投资高的重点工程和民心工程。整个热网及热力站的监控系统是集中供热中不可缺少的组成部分,监控系统的设计既要跟上技术的发展,又要结合工程的实际情况。经过调研论证,设计采用SCADA系统,该系统由监控中心(MCC)、远程终端站(RTU)和相应的自控仪表及数据通信网络组成。实际应用表明,该系统功能适度、配置灵活、集散控制、信息集中、实用性强,各热力站均可实现无人值守,SCADA系统的应用为提高整个供热工程的效益提供了有力的保障。

Abstract:The district thermal power project at the base district of Shenli Oil field is a key project with large scale, new techniques and big investment. The monitoring and control system of whole thermal power network and stations is de signated to adopt SCADA system, which consists of monitoring and control center (MCC), remote control unit (RTU), and related automatic control instrumen ts and digital communication network. The practical application shows that the s ystem is properly functional, flexible, practical, and all thermal power stat ions can realize unattended operations.
