环丁烷四甲酸二酐的合成研究

摘    要:以顺丁烯二酸酐为原料,碳酸二乙酯为溶剂,在紫外光照射下合成环丁烷四甲酸二酐,考察了顺丁烯二酸酐与碳酸二乙酯的物质的量比、反应时间和反应温度对产品收率、含量的影响。结果表明,当顺丁烯二酸酐与碳酸二乙酯的物质的量比1∶8.3、反应时间30~35 h、反应温度5℃时,产品环丁烷四甲酸二酐的收率可达75.2%,纯度99.0%。

Synthesis of cyclobutanetetracarboxylic dianhydride
Abstract:Cyclobutanetetracarboxylic dianhydride is prepared under the condition of UV light with maleic anhydride and diethyl carbonate as raw materials.The influences of the ratio of maleic anhydride to diethyl carbonate,reaction time and reaction temperature on the content and yield of product are investigated,and the optimal reaction conditions are obtained.The results show that the yield of cyclobutanetetracarboxylic dianhydride reaches as high as 75.2%,and the content of product reaches 99.0%,when the ratio of maleic anhydride to diethyl carbonate is 1:8.3,reaction time is 30~35 h and reaction temperature is 5 ℃.
