X射线荧光光谱在碳酸盐类矿石分析中的应用文献评介

摘    要:当今X射线荧光光谱(XRF)已成为碳酸盐类矿石分析最重要的方法之一。作者收集了截至2021年我国X射线荧光光谱技术分析碳酸盐类矿石的期刊文献共计73篇,其中41篇采用熔融制样方法,36篇采用粉末压片制样方法。文章介绍了我国碳酸盐类矿石分析的文献概况和基础条件:包括相关文献、评述论文、标准物质和标准方法。对73篇期刊文献用列表方式简介了方法要点,包括:仪器、制样方法、校准和校正、测定组分、精密度等。并对其中较典型、有代表性的文献按制样方法进行了重点评介,强调了熔融制样虽然可以有效解决样品粒度和矿物效应的影响,但发展粉末压片制样依然具有独特优势和社会发展需求。最后讨论了XRF分析地质材料时的制样方法选取、样品粒度影响和碳酸盐类矿石的X射线荧光光谱分析方法的未来发展趋势等问题。全篇引文87篇。

Abstract:X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) had become one of the most important methods for the analysis of carbonate ores. Total 73 journal articles about the analysis of carbonate ores by XRF in China up to 2021 were collected. Wherein fusion sample preparation was adopted in 41 articles, and pressed powder pellet was used in 36 articles. The literature summary and the basic conditions for analysis of carbonate ores in China was introduced, including relevant literatures, review papers, reference materials and standard methods. The key points of method in 73 journal articles were introduced briefly by means of list, including instruments, sample preparation methods, calibrations and corrections, test components, precision, etc. The typical and representative literatures were reviewed according to the sample preparation methods. It was emphasized that fusion sample preparation could effectively solve the influence of sample particle size and mineral effect, but the development of pressed powder pellet still had unique advantages and social development needs. Finally, some issues during analysis of geological materials by XRF were discussed, for example, the selection of sample preparation method, the influence of sample particle size, and the development trend of XRF in future. Total 87 articles were cited.
