香果果仁脂肪酸成分的GC-MS 分析

摘    要:采用索氏提取法从香果果仁提取油脂,粗脂肪的提取率为72.47%。又经石油醚提取、皂化和甲酯化得到的总脂肪酸甲酯经GC-MS 分析,分离出20 个峰,确定16 种化合物,确定组分占总组分99.74%。这些化合物多为直链的脂肪酸,其中的优势成分月桂酸为63.24% 和正葵酸为27.49%。

Abstract:Oil was obtained from seeds of Lindera thomsonii Allen by Soxhlet extraction method, and the yield of crude oil was 72.47%. After petroleum ether extraction, saponification and methyl esterification, total fatty acid methyl esters obtained were analyzed by GC-MS. In all, twenty peaks were separated and sixteen of them were identified, which accounted for 99.74% of total fatty acids. Most of the compounds were straight-chain fatty acids, of which, the percentages of n-decanoic acid and dodecanoic acid were 27.49% and 63.24%, respectively.
