| 摘 要： | 近年来，量子点荧光标记技术已得到较快的发展，以其为基础开发的检测技术具有准确、灵敏、稳定、特异性高的特点，在生物医学方面已有广泛应用。本文阐述了量子点的特性和相关检测技术，及其在食品安全快速检测中的应用。

| Abstract: | The labeling technology using quantum dots has gained quick development in recent years. Due to the characteristics of accuracy, high sensitivity, good stability and high specificity, this technology has been extensively used in the field of biomedicine. In this paper, properties and detection strategies of quantum dot technology are reviewed, which will extend its application in rapid detection for food safety. |
