| 摘 要： | 2009 年我国食品安全法正式实施。食品安全法涉及范围广，历时时间长，内容亮点多。本文详细分析食品安全法的内容，对食品安全法出台前后的相关制度和配套措施进行全面的总结，对更好的理解和贯彻食品安全法有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | China's Food Security Act has been put into effect in 2009. Food Safety Act covers a wide range and lasts a long time and there are many contents and highlights. This paper analyses the contents of food safety law and summarizes the previous and present related systems and supporting measures, which will provide valuable references for better understanding and implement of the law. |
