摘    要:本研究建立了同时检测食品包装材料中邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、二乙酯、二丁酯、二戊酯、二环己酯、二辛酯、二异葵酯、二异辛酯和丁基苄基酯9 种酞酸酯类化合物的HPLC-ESI-MS/MS 检测方法。样品用乙腈提取,采用甲酸水溶液- 甲醇体系作为流动相,梯度洗脱,质谱检测器检测。结果表明,该方法的平均回收率在65.28%~98.33% 之间,变异系数(RSD)为5.35%~11.22%,检测限为5~20ng/ml。

Abstract:A HPLC-ESI-MS/MS method was developed for the qualitative and quantitative of nine kinids of phthalates multiresidues in food packaging materials HPLC-ESI-MS/MS. Samples were extracted using acetonitrile. The analytes were separated using 0.1% fomic acid-methanol system as the mobile phase with a linear gradient elution program , and determined by a tandem mass detector. The mean recovery for each analyted ranged from 65.28% to 98.33%, with the relative standard deviations from 5.35% to 11.22%, and the limits of detection were about 5-20 ng/ml.
