氟化钾的制备技术及研究进展

摘    要:氟化钾具有用途广泛、附加值高等特点,在精细化工中有着越来越广泛的用途。简要介绍了氟化钾的性质和应用,重点论述了氟化钾的制备方法,主要包括中和法、水解法、氟硅酸钾法、熔融法及络合法等,并对比了各种方法之间的优缺点。最后介绍了氟化钾的研究进展情况及市场前景,指出生产具有更高活性的氟化钾产品,提高市场占有率是中国氟化钾企业的发展方向。

Abstract:Potassium fluoride is a widely used and high value - added product. Especially in fine chemical industry, its application is more and more wide. The characteristics and application of potassium fluoride were introduced and its preparing methods were specially discoursed, which mainly include neutralization method, hydrolyzation method, potassium fluosilicate method, fusion method and complexometry etc.. The advantages and disadvantages of each method were compared. At last, the research advances and market prospect of potassium fluoride were introduced. It also pointed that the development direction of Chinese KF enterprises were to produce KF with higher activity and to increase the market share.
