摘    要:本文分析了十六路LED恒流驱动芯片的设计结构、恒流特性及其与外置调节恒流电阻之间的关系,改善了输出端的恒流工作电压,在流片公司的0.8μmBCD工艺下的仿真结果表明,该电路显著降低了恒流工作电压,并且到达恒流后不再受输出端口电压的影响。

Abstract:The analyses of the design structure and constant current output feature of sixteen groups LED constant current driving chip are shown in this article. Besides, the relationship between this chip and outside adjustment constant current resistance is presented in this paper. The theory shown in this paper can improve the performance of the constant current working voltage in output node. According to the simulation result from 0.8 μm BCD technique, this circuit can decrease the constant current working voltage sharply, and the output voltage hardly affects this circuit when the current become constant.
