辽宁电力通信网引入软交换技术研究

软交换技术是下一代网络中的关键技术,能将其引入电力系统通信中,将进一步提升电力通信服务的质量。文章在介绍了软交换技术特点及其在电力领域应用的基础上,采用SWOT分析法从优势、劣势、机会、威胁4个方面对辽宁电力通信引入软交换的利弊进行了详细分析;依据分析结果进一步探讨了引入软交换技术的策略部署和方案,提出在调研的基础上,从小平台着手试验新业务并逐步推进的方法,旨在为软交换技术在电力系统中的实际应用起到示范与推动作用。

Study on applications of soft-switch technology in Liaoning electric power communication network

Soft-switch is a key technology in next generation network. With this technology, the quality of services transmitting in power communication network will be greatly improved. By introducing the characteristics of this technology and its applications in power industry, this paper analyzes both advantages and disadvantages of soft-switch by using SWOT method. It discusses the soft-switch application strategies in Liaoning power communication network. A trail operation on the small platform is suggested for promoting the future application for this technology.
