摘    要:利用C805l F005单片机实现的焊丝层绕机控制系统,包括光电编码器4倍频细分、步进电机接口驱动、称重、显示驱动、键盘扫描及制动器恒流驱动等电路.软件由主程序、中断服务程序及其他子程序组成,主轴电机检测、步进电机转速及绕线进程控制等功能在定时器的中断服务程序中实现.系统先计算并显示第一层焊丝的绕线圈数,指导完成一个绕线进程,然后自动重复多个绕线进程绕线,以避免计算累计误差和乱线现象发生.

Abstract:The wire winding machine control system based on C8051F005 single-chip includes 4-times-frequency- subdivided electric circuit for light electricity coders, interface drive for stepping motors, weighing, display drive, keyboard scan and detent constant current source drive circuit. The software is composed of the main programmer, the interrupt service programmer and other sub-programmer, while functions like principal axis motor testing, rotate speed of stepping motors and winding process control are realized in the interrupt service programmer for timers. The system first calculates and displays the number of rounds for the first layer of wire, directs the completion of a winding process, and then automatically repeat the winding process for many times, to avoid the occurrence of accumulated calculation error and disorderly lines.
