温度对二氧化锡气体传感器响应信号的影响

摘    要:在方波调制的条件下,研究了不同的外加电压和不同的占空比下SnO2气体传感器动态响应信号,同时测定了两种条件下的传感器表面相应的温度变化曲线;在7V的外加电压和30/(30 20)的占空比下,传感器能给出完整的动态响应信号;温度曲线的线形虽然相似,但温度梯度却不同,表明电压和占空比对动态信号的影响是通过温度这一本质因素来实现的.对温度这一本质因素进行了理论分析.

Abstract:The influences of applied potential and duty ratios on the response based SnO 2 gas sensor were investigated under rectangular wave. The temperature curves under different conditions were also studied. Experimental results showed that the response transients became very complicated and characteristic under the conditions at an applied potential of 7V and duty ratio 30/(30+20). The temperature curves showed that the most essential factor was the modulated temperature itself, because any change in heating potential and duty ratio resulted in the changes in surface temperature of the sensor element. The theoretical analysis of surface temperature was studied.
