| 摘 要： | 通过对造价咨询业的发展与现状分析 ,以及对《服务贸易总协定》基本原则的学习、理解 ,对造价咨询管理体制、咨询机构经营观念、计价方式改革等方面的探讨 ,论述了入世后我国咨询业面临的发展机遇。分析阐述了入世后在思想观念、市场竞争、人才竞争方面的冲击和挑战。提出造价咨询业市场的前景和发展机遇非常广阔的观点。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis on the development and present situation of project cost consultant industry and the study and comprehension of general agreement of service tradethe developmental opportunity faced by project cost consultant industry as China becomes a member of WTO is discussed for management system, operation ideas and reform in valuation the challenges in ideas, market competition and talents competition are analyzed and elaborated. Author think that facing the opportunity and challenges we should confront the challenges and grasp opportunity with positive attitude to enhance service level, widen service scope and perfect ourselves to promote the development and increase the strength of project cost consultant industry. |
