| 摘 要： | 汶川地震灾后重建工作成为当前压倒一切的重大任务。灾后重建必须在以生态、安全为目标导向的前提下,认真分析评估地震对资源环境的破坏极其长远影响,以资源环境承载力为依据,调整优化人口和城镇布局,促进人口、经济与资源环境的协调发展。

| Abstract: | The post-disaster reconstruction in Wenchuan quake-hit area is at the top of the must-do list.The destruction and long-term impact of the earthquake on resources and environment should be analyzed and evaluated based on the ecology and security.The post-disaster reconstruction should be based on the capacity of resources and environment,adjust and optimize the population structure and town layout,and promote the harmonious development of population,economy,resources and environment. |
