英买7-19凝析气藏储层液相伤害评价

摘    要:英买7-19凝析气藏为边水层状带油环凝析气藏,以一套井网衰竭式方式开采。为了研究不同液相介质对地层气相渗透率的影响,分析了凝析油、地层水、凝析水、完井液和压井液等对英买7-19凝析气藏储层的伤害。通过不同流体对岩心气相渗透率的伤害实验表明,反凝析伤害主要发生于反凝析初期(占70%),而且渗透率愈低,其对储层气相有效渗透率伤害愈大,对应凝析油临界流动饱和度愈高;含水饱和度增加,地层水和凝析水对气相渗透率的伤害越大,渗透率愈低,伤害愈严重,相同含水饱和度下,凝析水对储层气相渗透率的伤害总是大于地层水;凝析油与束缚水共存时,其对储层气相渗透率伤害大于单一油、水介质的伤害,应密切注意油水共存带来的影响;岩心渗透率愈低,油水共存作用对岩心气相渗透率伤害愈大;YM7 H4井完井液和无机盐压井液对储层渗透率伤害较大,应进一步改进完善。该结论对高效开发英买7-19凝析气藏具有指导作用。

Abstract:The Yingmai 7-19 is a condensate gas reservoir with edge water and oil ring which was developed by a set of failure well pattern. In order to study the effect of different aqueous phase on gas permeability, this paper studies the damage caused by condensate oil, formation water, condensed liquid, completion fluid and killing fluid. It is indicated that by experiment of the damage caused by different fluids on gas permeability that retrograde condensation pollution mainly occurs in early stage of retrograde condensation (almost accounting for 70%), if gas permeability is lower, the damage of retrograde condensation on gas efficient permeability will be more serious, and the responding critical flow saturation of condensate oil will be higher; The damage of formation water and condensed liquid will become serious when aqueous saturation increase while gas permeability's damage is more serious when permeability is lower. The damage of condensed liquid is more serious than formation water in same aqueous saturation. When condensate oil and irreducible water exist together, their damages are more serious than single oil or aqueous medium, thus the influence from co existence of oil and gas should be paid much closer attention. If the permeability of reservoirs is lower, the co existence of oil and gas will have more serious effect on gas permeability. The YM7 H4's completion fluid and killing fluid of inorganic salt cause severe damage on reservoir's gas permeability, so its performance needs to be improved. These conclusions are of great significance in Yingmai 7-19's high efficiency exploitation.
