基于ANSYS的塔机起重臂静力学及模态分析

摘    要:运用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了QTZ40塔式起重机起重臂的实体模型,通过对臂架的应力计算分析和各阶模态的计算,得到在三种典型工况下臂架的应力分布情况和固有频率及振型特征,对避免起重臂架在工作频率范围内产生共振及起升卸载时产生过大变形有实际意义。

Abstract:The solid model of the QTZ40 tower crane's jib has been established by ANSYS.The stress distribution and vibration mode of the jib at such typical working condition have been proved through the calculation of force and each modal.It has the practical significance to against resonance and over large deformation of the tower crane's jib.
