自动步枪变射频发射技术研究

摘    要:采用动力学仿真方法研究了自动步枪双循环变射频发射技术,射频的数值仿真结果和测试结果符合一致,证明了方案的可行性.建立了一种由摩擦环和缓冲簧组成的摩擦缓冲器的数学物理模型,对不同材料和对数所组成的摩擦缓冲器进行了数值仿真,仿真结果表明采用摩擦缓冲器可有效降低步枪的射击频率.

Abstract:By using dynamic simulation method, the launching technique of varying firing rate and dual cyclic system for automatic rifle was studied. The simulation results of firing rate agree with test results well, and the feasibility of the design scheme was proved. Mathematical-physical model of friction buffer consisting of several friction loops and a buffer spring was created. The dynamic simulation of friction buffers that are different in material and pairs was carried out. The simulation results show that firing rate of rifle can be reduced effectively by using friction buffer.
