摘    要:针对内能源转管武器自动机影响因素多、约束关系复杂、目标函数值必须是全局性最优值的特点,结合遗传退火模拟算法,建立了以后坐力、系统阻力矩和射速波动最小为目标函数,凸轮曲线槽参数、导气装置、机心结构等主要自动机参数为优化变量的内能源转管武器自动机多目标多参数优化模型.经过优化计算使内能源转管武器的系统阻力矩、射击波动和后坐力都有了较大的改善,为转管武器自动机系统优化设计提供了新思路.

Abstract:Too many factors including the complex restriction among structure parameters, the optimal value of objective, affect the optimization design of gatling gun. Taking the main parameters as variables such as cam curve, gas operated device, etc, the optimization design model of multiobject and multiparameter was presented combining genetic simulated annealing algorithm. The minimum of recoil force, resistance moment and fluctuation of fire rate were taken as the object function of the model. By optimization, the resistance moment, fluctuation of fire rate, recoil force were improved. The optimization design method offers a practical way for reducing the power consumption and fluctuation of fire rate of gatling gun mechanism.
