增压柴油机燃用天然气合成油排放特性的研究

摘    要:对增压中冷柴油机燃用纯天然气合成油(Gas-to-Liquids,GTL)、柴油/GTL混合燃料的排放进行了外特性、负荷特性和欧洲ECE R49十三工况法的试验研究,并与柴油的排放进行了对比。研究表明:燃用GTL在所有工况下都能够有效降低NOx、烟度和PM,且掺混比例愈大,效果愈明显,CO和HC也有一定的改善;在ECE R49十三工况下纯GTL的NOx和PM排放分别降低了23.7%和27.6%,CO和HC分别降低了16.6%和12.9%;发动机工况对增压柴油机燃用所有燃料的排放有较大影响。结果表明GTL是柴油机有潜力的低排放代用燃料。

Abstract:In this paper,emission characteristics of a turbocharged,inter-cooled,heavy-duty diesel engine operating on neat Gas-to-Liquids(GTL) and blends of GTL with diesel were investigated and comparison were made with those of diesel fuel.The results show that NO_x,smoke and PM emissions can be decreased when operating on GTL and diesel-GTL blends compared with those of diesel fuel.Engine emissions decrease with the increase of GTL fraction in the blends.Comparing to diesel fuel,the engine operating on GTL can reduce NO_x by 23.7~0/_0,PM by 27.6~0/_0,CO by 16.6~0/_0 and HC by 12.9~0/_0 in ECE R49 13-mode procedure.Engine speed and load demonstrate large influences on emissions when operating on all kinds of fuels in the turbocharged diesel engine.The study indicates that GTL is a promising alternative fuel for diesel engines to reduce emissions.
