高压电源中变压器的参数设计与屏蔽处理

摘    要:高压脉冲变压器是平视显示系统中高压开关电源的核心部件,由于其工作条件严苛,无法自动化生产,所以对设计制造的水平要求很高。从提高电磁兼容性保证输出电压性能出发,对高压脉冲变压器的设计方法进行了概要介绍,对设计要素和某些重要参数给出了工程计算方法;对变压器屏蔽处理的不同方式进行了比较,给出了工程可行的设计方案;根据生产经验对制造工艺的要点也进行了总结提炼;最后对两种设计方法的高压电源进行了全面测试,证明了文中所提设计方法的有效性。

Abstract:The high voltage pulsing transformer is the core component of the high voltage switching power supply for head up display system.It is difficult for automatic production and thus has high requirement to the design and production due to its harsh working conditions.A design method of it was introducedwhich is based on improving electromagnetic compatibility and guaranteeing the output voltage performance.The method for calculation of some of the important parameters was given.The different shielding methods for the transformer were also analyzedand an engineering feasible design scheme was given.Tests were made for the designed high voltage power supplywhich proved the effectiveness of the proposed design method.
