基于单片机的弹体壁厚自动测量系统

摘    要:为了自动检测炮弹弹体不同长度位置的壁厚,提高检测精度和效率,介绍了基于单片机的弹体壁厚测量系统.本系统采用内外两个高精度位移传感器,在炮弹旋转的过程中,由驱动机构带动实现直线运动,并通过单片机采集两个传感器在不同长度的检测数据,进行相应的数据处理,人机交互由触摸屏实现.系统可实现自动检测并对分段壁厚的尺寸误差进行评定.
