GB/PP复合材料拉伸性能与介电性能的研究

摘    要:采用小粒径玻璃微珠(OB)与聚丙烯(PP)熔融共混,研究了GB含量及表面处理对复合材料拉伸性能及介电性能的影响。研究结果表明,与未经表面改性的GB相比,经过偶联剂KH-550和EB-151处理的GB与PP复合后,其拉伸性能得到明显改善;且当GB含量为20%时,经过KH-550处理的GB/PP复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和拉伸弹性模量比纯PP的分别提高了8.7%、109.6%和187.0%;复合材料的介电常数随GB含量的增加呈现增大的趋势,经过改性的复合材料的介电常数比未经改性的有所增加,而GB的含量和界面改性对介电损耗的影响不大。

Abstract:The effects of small glass bead(GB)content and surface treatment on the tensile and dielectric properties were studied by melting blend of GB and polypropylene(PP).The results indicate that the tensile prop- erties of the GB/PP composite which GB surface was treated with coupling agent(KH-550 and EB-151)were higher than that was untreated.When GB content was 20%,the tensile strength,the elongation at break and the elastic modulus of GB/PP composites which GB surface was treated with KH-550 were respectively increased by 8.7%, 109.6% and 187.0%.The dielectric constant of the composite was increased with the addition of GB content.The dielectric constant of the GB/PP composite which GB surface was treated was higher than that was untreated,but the effects of GB content and GB surface treatment on the dielectric dissipation was little.
