| 摘 要： | 该系统采用了当今先进的集成控制——主从分布式控制系统,由欧姆龙公司的PLC完成对枕簧自动检测、分检系统的控制。本文介绍了枕簧检测、喷漆、烘干、分拣控制系统的组成、工作原理、控制方式及程序设计思想。实际应用证明:该系统提高了检测精度、降低劳动强度,保证了列车安全运行。

| Abstract: | The system adopted the advanced integrated control system namely Master/slave distributed con-trol system ,The automatic detection to the pillow spring and the control of the seizure system were completed by Omron PLC. this paper introduces the composition,operating principle,control mode and programming thinking of the automatic control system of detecting,lacquering,drying and selecting of train pillow spring. it turned out it can improve testing precision and decrease working power,so,to be assure safe running. |
