加快反应罐法生产优质海绵铁还原速度的研究

摘    要:采用与生产样品直径相同的试样,模拟隧道窑生产工艺制度,研究了反应罐法生产优质海 还原过程和加快反应速度的措施,整个还原过程呈现多核还原。控制还原温度上限,适宜内配碳量,加快还原速度。装料方式加快还原速度的顺序为,平装,圆柱装,环形装。

Abstract:In this experiment, the sample which is similar to production sample is used. It imitates HOGNAS production technological procedure studies reduction process of production high DRI and how to accelerate its reaction rate. Its reduction procedure agrees many cores reduction model.Controlling higher temperature and right carbon in scale can acclerate the reduction rate. Among the three burden charge patterns,the best is panel charge pattern, the second is cylindrical charge pattern and the third is hoop column charge pattern.
