广西电网电压稳定与控制措施研究

摘    要:研究了预防广西电网电压崩溃的紧急控制措施及无功电压对广西电网安全稳定运行的影响。通过对广西电网无功平衡现状分析、计算;静态电压稳定性校验;全过程动态仿真校验,校核了电网N-1和严重故障下的暂态电压稳定,仿真了可能导致电压稳定问题的各种连锁反应事故形式及其后果。分析了在广西电网配置自动电压无功控制(AVC)系统及动态无功补偿设备(SVC)的应用可行性,提出了AVC系统的初步配置方案和SVC的优化控制策略。按照研究方案实施,2005年广西电网综合电压合格率达98.85%,同比提高了0.45%;220 kV系统电压合格率达99.71%,同比上升0.04%。

Abstract:The paper studies on the urgent control measures to prevent the voltage collapse in Guangxi power grid and to reduce the influence of reactive power-voltage on safety and stable operation of Guangxi power grid.By analyzing and calculating the present power-voltage balance condition,checking the static voltage stability and making full process of dynamic simulation,the transient voltage stabilization under N-1 situation and serious malfunctions is verified and various chain reactions of accidents and their consequence which lead to the voltage instability problem are simulated.The paper also analyzes the feasibility of AVC and SVC systems applied in Guangxi power grid.It puts forward the primary configuring plan for AVC system and the optimal control strategy for SVC system.By carrying the researched scheme into effect,the satisfactory rate of overal voltages and voltages in 220 kV system of Guangxi power grid reach to 98.85% and 99.71% with a rise of 0.45% and 0.04% respectively.
