基于Web的工艺设计支持系统研究

企业工艺信息及各类技术资料的传统管理方式已很难适应现代化生产的要求，如何利用网络技术实现工艺信息与资源的共享已成为各企业的迫切需求。文中介绍一个利用ASP／ADO网络信息技术开发基于Web的工艺设计支持系统的总体方案、主要功能模块及其特点，并着重讨论了实现工艺资源信息的远程查询与管理的关键技术，最后给出了应用实例。该系统实现了工艺资源数据的远程查询和有效管理，并为工艺设计提供了实用的工艺计算工具，有助于提高产品工艺设计效率，为实现企业间信息与资源共享奠定了基础。

Research on Web- based Process Planning Supporting System

The traditional mode of process information management is unadaptable to the requirement of state-of-art production. How to share the process information and resources using Web technology is an urgent request. The total scheme, main functions and features about Web-based process planning supporting system using ASP/ADO techniques are presented. Some key techniques used in the system on how to query and manage the process resource information remotely are discussed emphatically and finally a case study is given in the paper. The system realizes remote query and effective management of the process resource information, and presents a useful process calculation tool. It is helpful to raise the product process design efficiency, and presents a base for sharing information and resources among enterprises.
