摘    要:为掌握近距离下位薄煤层工作面矿压随基岩厚度、松散层厚度、采高等因素变化的规律,在液压支架上安装了KBJ-60Ⅲ-1型综采工作面矿压监测仪器,对工作面支架工作阻力进行现场实测。依据所采集的数据对支架初撑力、时间加权平均阻力、循环末阻力,工作面来压步距和动载系数等基本矿压参数进行了分析,观测到近距离下位薄煤层44305工作面在推进过程中5次支架受压较大情况,并分析了压力增大的原因。对近距离下位薄煤层工作面支架工作阻力设计以及顶板控制有重大意义。

Abstract:For obtaining rules of underground pressure of thin-seam mining face in closed seams with the variation of bedrock thickness,loose bed thickness and mining height,this paper analyzed basic underground pressure parameters including setting load,time-weighted average resistance,end-cycle resistance,roof weighting pace and coefficient of dynamic load on the basis of observation result of working resistance with KBJ-600Ⅲ-1 underground pressure monitoring system.Observation result showed 5 times larger pressure behavior occurred during 44305 Mining Face advancing.The cause of pressure increase was analyzed.Research results might provide reference to working resistance design for powered support and roof control in lower thin-seam mining face in closed seams.
