双波长K系数分光光度法测定镍钨合金镀液中的钨含量

摘    要:以NH4SCN方法测定镍钨合金镀液中的钨含量,镀液中的Ni2+会对其产生干扰。应用双波长K系数分光光度法有效消除了共存Ni2+的影响。测定镍钨合金镀液中的钨时以420 nm为测量波长、370 nm为参比波长,钨的线性回归方程为y=0.426 0x+0.982 3,相对标准偏差为1.2%,加标回收率为96.89%~106.10%。此法用于镍钨合金镀液中钨含量的测定,结果准确。

Abstract:W in Ni-W alloy electroplating bath was determined at a monitoring wavelength of 420 nm and a reference wavelength of 370 nm when dual-wavelength K coefficient spectrophotometric method was adopted to resolve the common problem(the interference of coexisting Ni2+) existed in traditional method of W determination(NH4SCN method).It was found that the regression equation for determination of W could be expressed as y = 0.426 0x + 0.982 3.The relative standard deviation was 1.2%,and the recoveries in relation to standard addition were 96.89%~106.10%.The established method could be used to accurately determine concentration of tungsten in Ni-W alloy electroplating bath.
