摘    要:组织结构变革是组织创新的重要内容,是企业适应环境变化及实施战略调整和变革的重要手段,在企业经营管理活动中有着非常重要的基础地位。本文从内涵、维度和形式三个层面对组织结构进行深入剖析,认为:从本质上来看,组织结构是指组织成员之间的分工和协作关系。企业应重点关注组织结构的复杂性、正式化和集权化三个维度,并根据企业发展环境的变化不断调整组织结构形式。

Abstract:As a vital content of organization innovation, the or-ganizational structure reform is an important approach to implement and adjust the strategy, and to reform the enterprise to adapt to the changing environment. The organizational structure plays a key role in enterprise management activities. This thesis analyzes the organizational structure from the three aspects:connotation, dimension and form. Essentially, the or-ganizational structure refers to the division of work and cooperation between members of the organization. Enterprises should focus on three dimensions: the complexity, formalization and centralization, and continuously adjust the structure to suit the change of their development environment.
