高校青年教师思想政治状况调查研究

高校青年教师承载着人才强国建设的神圣使命,其思想政治状况关系着高校人才培养质量。调查显示,青年教师思想政治的主流健康向上,但也存在着政治思想的迷茫困惑、价值判断的实用自我、师生关系的疏离隔阂等突出问题。进一步加强和改进青年教师思想政治教育工作,应从加强教育引导、凝练核心价值、解决实际问题等方面着力。

Investigation on the Ideological and Political Status of Young Teachers in Colleges and Universities

The young teachers in Colleges and universities bear the sacred mission of building a powerful country with talent, the ideological and political status of them is the key matter of quality of talents in universities. Survey shows that the mainstream ideological and political of the young teachers is health and active, meanwhile there is also political and ideological confusion and value judgment, the relationship between teachers and students practical self alienation and other outstanding issues. To further strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of young teachers, we should strengthen the education and guidance, establish the main body awareness, concise the core values.
