| 摘 要： | 分析蒙西电网黑启动试验的意义及利用万家寨水电机组进行“黑启动”试验过程，从机组自启动能力和小系统形成时的运行参数来看，确定万家寨水电站作为内蒙古西部电网“黑启动”电源厂是可行的。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the significance and the procedure of black-start of hydroturbine generating units for Wanjiazhai hydropower station. From the start-up capability of the units and operating parameters of the small power system between Wanjiazhai and Xujiawan power plants, it draws a conclusion that Wanjiazhai power plant as the black-start source is feasible in the power grid of West Inner Mongolia. |
