载波移相双重化技术的有源电力滤波器研究

摘    要:介绍了一种150 kVA并联型有源电力滤波器的研制,包括双重化的主电路结构和载波移相的PWM方法,三相软件锁相环技术、直流侧电压稳压控制策略、直流侧电压的低通滤波器设计、APF的谐波提取及其控制策略等,最后给出了采用二重化有源电力滤波器的实验结果。实验结果表明:双重化有源电力滤波器具有很好的补偿效果。它能在不提高逆变桥的开关频率与保持主电路拓扑结构的前提下获得高的等效开关频率,以及可以减少系统输出的高次谐波含量。

Abstract:This paper introduces the development of a 150 kVA shunt active power filter,including the main circuit of a dual structure,the PWM method of the phase-shifted carrier,the technology of the software phase-locked loop,the control strategy of DC side voltage regulator,the design of the low pass filter of the DC side voltage,as weuas the harmonic extraction and its control strategy of the APF.Finally the paper gets the experimental results of a double active power filter.The experimental results show that: the double active power filter has good compensation effect.Under the premise of maintaining the main circuit topological structure,it can get high equivalent switching frequency without improving the switching frequency of the inverter,and can reduce the output of harmonic content.
