摘    要:鉴于柴油机驱动修井机存在废气排放量大,噪声污染严重,工作效率低,以及安全隐患多等技术缺陷,研制了XJ70DB电动修井机。整机采用模块化设计,主要包括电驱绞车模块、液压控制模块和电气控制模块。其中,电驱绞车采用双速电机加齿轮减速箱传动方案,以双速电机变极调速取代机械换挡调速,操作方便,结构简单,运行可靠,噪声低。采用盘式刹车与绞车电机能耗制动联合刹车技术,刹车准确可靠,启停平稳。电气控制系统采用PLC集中控制,为修井作业创建了数字化、自动化和信息化平台,全面提升修井机自动化水平。23口井的现场试验结果表明,该电动修井机具有节能环保、安全高效、自动化程度高及操作方便等优点。

Abstract:There are technological weaknesses with diesel-driven workover rig,such as waste gas,noise pollution,low operating efficiency and many potential safety hazards.Therefore,the XJ70DB electric workover rig was development.The whole machine adopts the modularized design,mainly including electric winch module,hydraulic control module and electric control module.Among them the electric winch adopts the transmission scheme of two-speed motor plus gear reducer.The pole-changing speed control is used to replace mechanical shift speed control.It is easy to operate,simple in structure,reliable in running and low in noise.The combined brake technology of disc brake and winch motor energy consumption braking was adopted.The braking is exact and reliable and the start-stop is stable.The electric control system adopts the PLC centralized control,creating the digitalized,automatic and informative platform for workover operation and improving the automatic level of workover rig in an all-round way.The field application in 23 wells shows that the workover rig has such strengths as energy conservation and environmental protection,safety and high efficiency,high automation and convenient operation.
