海洋深水钻井井口头系统下放工具研究

摘    要:介绍了Vetco和Dril-Quip公司的几种典型水下井口头系统下放工具,即临时导向基座(TGB)下放工具、762 mm导管头下放工具以及套管挂和密封总成下放工具。对这几种下放工具的结构特点和作用过程进行分析和总结,提出了改进意见和改进方案———应采用反推的原则设计井口头系统下放工具,明确下放工具与要下放的原件之间的配合方式,确定配合方式后,对下放工具中间部件的连接方式进行设计。这对我国自主开发井口头系统下放工具具有参考价值。

Abstract:Several running tools of underwater wellhead system produced by Vetco and Dril-Quip were introduced in this paper.They include running tool of temporary guiding base(TGB),running tool of 762 mm conductor housing and running tool of casing hanger and seal.The design features and action process of the tools were analyzed and summarized.The improvement suggestion and scheme were proposed: the stepping principle should be adopted to design wellhead system running tool;the matching pattern of running tool and the devices to be landed should be clarified;the connection pattern of the central part of running tool is designed after the matching pattern is determined.The present study can serve as a reference for the domestic independent development of wellhead system running tool.
