分子印迹型CO_2吸附剂的改性及吸附性能研究

摘    要:基于前期研究工作,通过同时提高模板分子比例和溶剂中添加甲苯的方法,改性分子印迹吸附剂,并通过N2吸附和红外光谱分析两种实验手段,对吸附剂的孔结构和表面官能团的情况进行了表征,对吸附剂改性前后的CO2的吸附性能进行了对比。实验结果表明,同时提高模板分子比例和添加甲苯溶剂的方法,增加了吸附剂的比表面积和表面胺基团密度,提高了吸附剂的吸附容量。本文同时研究了温度对吸附剂CO2的吸附性能的影响,结果表明,随着温度的增加CO2的吸附容量明显降低。

Abstract:The molecularly imprinted CO2(MIP-CO2) adsorbent prepared previously was modified by increasing the proportion of template and adding the toluene in the solvent.The pore structure and surface chemical properties of the new synthesized adsorbent were characterized by N2 adsorption and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.A comparison of pore structure and surface chemical properties was made between the adsorbents before and after modification.The experimental results show that increasing the proportion of template and adding the toluene in the solvent can enlarge the surface area and increase the surface amine density,and thus increase the adsorption capacity of adsorbent.The effect of temperature on CO2 adsorption properties was also investigated,and the results showed that the performance of CO2 adsorption decrease significantly with the increase of temperature.
