| 摘 要： | 负面信息的表达一直是商务交流中很棘手的一个问题，能否在不同的商务环境中合理运用，对商务活动的成败至关重要。通过对商务交流中英语负面信息表达的特点进行分析总结，归纳出交流中常遇到的表达问题，阐述了如何避免负面信息的表达造成的负面影响，从而在商务活动中扬长避短、进退自如。
