数字印刷对废纸回用性的影响

黑色喷墨印刷废纸回用时生成不能除去的脏点,而彩色喷墨印刷废纸则使纸成品产生色荫,采用常规的浮选法或洗涤法很难除去;对其中印刷时不用颜料而用染料这一情况,有的可用通常的H2O.脱色,大多数可用Na2S2O4除去,臭氧脱色效果最佳但对黄色的脱色效果差.为了提高调色剂油墨印刷废纸的可回用性,除改进废纸脱墨流程的有关条件外,改变激光、静电等调色剂油墨印刷过程中的一些参数,如熔融温度、熔融方法、印刷速度、熔融辊软硬度等,可改善调色剂印刷废纸的可回用性.

Influence of digital printing to the recyclability of waste paper

Black inkjet prints produce unremovable dirts in waste paper recycling and colored inkjet prints give colored shade to the paperproducts, which is difficult to remove with conventional flotation process or washing method; for the case of printing with dye instead ofpigment, some can be decoloured with H2O2 and most can be decoloured with Na2S2O4, and the ozone decolourization has the best effect but foryellow colour, the decolouring effect is poor. To enhance the recyclability of the toner ink printed papers, in addition to the improvement ofconditions of the wastepaper deinking technological process, the adjustment of some parameters in toner ink printing process of laser or staticelectricity printing, such as the fusion temperature, mode of fusion, printing speed, softness of the fusion rolls, can alter the recyclability of tonerink printed wastepaper.
