摘    要:用扫描电镜研究了铝多孔表面管的结构。结果表明,铝多孔表面管比光滑碳钢管、光滑紫铜管的沸腾放热系数提高4—5倍。证实了根据传热试验数据研究的多孔表面厚度对沸腾放热系数的影响。为开发高效强化沸腾传热提供了依据。


Application of Scanning Electron Microscopy to the Study of Aluminum Porous Surface Tube
Abstract:The surface structure of aluminum porous surface tube was studied with scanning electron microscopy.The coefficient of boiling heat transfer of aluminum porous surface tube is 4 to 5 times higher than that of smooth carbon steel tubeand smooth red copper tube.The effects of aluminum porous surface tube thick-ness detected by experiments of heat transfer on the coefficient of boiling heattransfer were further confirmed,providing a basis for developing highly efficientand enhanced boiling heat transfer.
