高效液相色谱法测定酱油中苯甲酸含量的两种前处理方法比较

摘    要:高效液相色谱法测定酱油中苯甲酸含量时利用两种前处理方法提取测定。结果表明直接稀释进样回收率为98.8%~103.5%,乙醚提取回收率为95.4%~98.4%,两种方法相对偏差小于10%。虽有一定差异,但均符合检验要求。

Abstract:Two pretreatment methods were used in benzoic acid determination in soy by HPLC.The result of determination indicated that the recovery for sample diluted directly ranged from 98.8%to103.5%,and the recovery for sample extracted with aether ranged from 95.4%to98.4%.The residual deviation of these two methods was less than10%.The methods accord with inspection requirement though some deviation exists.
