摘    要:转子分段斜极是一种能有效削弱齿谐波、改善电机齿槽转矩和转矩脉动的方法.引入斜极系数、永磁转矩削弱系数以及磁阻转矩削弱系数分析了分段斜极对永磁同步电动机反电势波形和电磁转矩的影响,揭示了分段斜极和定子斜槽的区别,并提出了分段斜极转子轴向分段数的选择原则和最佳斜极角的计算方法.有限元仿真和实验结果验证了结论的正确性.

Abstract:Step skewing of rotor magnets is an efficient manner for reducing harmonics and minimizing cogging torque and torque ripple. Step-skew coefficient and reduction coefficient of PM torque and reluctant torque were introduced to ana-lyze the influence of step skewing on the back EMF and EM torque;meanwhile step skewing and skewing slot were also compared in this paper. Besides, the principle of choosing number of steps and the calculationsl method of the best step skewing angle were put forward. At last, the conclusion was verified by FEA and experiment.
