| 摘 要： | 采用焊接仿真用到的经典高斯热源模型,设计了基于表参数热流密度加载算法.结合有限元模型的网格划分要求,详述了算法中热流密度的存储技术及计算方法,并图示了整个算法的流程.用此算法对双丝埋弧焊接实例进行了仿真,并给出了瞬态热分析结果.

| Abstract: | For the classic Gauss heat source model in welding simulation,a loading arithmetic based on TABLE array parameters is designed.The meshing requirement of finite element model being considered,the storing technique and the calculating method of heat flux are expatiated.And the flow chart of the whole arithmetic is demonstrated.Finally,the simulation of double wire welding is done the designed arithmetic,and the results of transient thermal analysis are showed as well. |
