主变风冷系统智能控制装置的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍PLC控制的主变风冷系统智能控制装置的设计原理及实现方法。该装置实现对主变风冷系统工作状态和故障情况实现本地和远距离在线实时监控。根据变压器负荷大小、油温高低进行最优化判断,自动投入或退出冷却器的运行,节能降耗,提高寿命。本装置具有完善的保护、监控、显示及通信功能,适用于变电站、发电厂作为主变冷却设备的控制系统。

Abstract:This essay introduces the designing theory and achievement of the intelligent controlling device of the chief transformer's wind cooling system which controlled by PLC. This device can monitor the working condition and fault at real time in short or long distance. It will run or stop the radiator automatically, according to the burden of the transformer and the temperature of the oil. So it can save the electricity and last the life of the machine. This device also has perfect function of preserve monitor display and communication. It is suit for substation and power plant as the controlling system of the chief transformer's cooling equipment.
