| 摘 要： | 2008年5月12日14时28分发生在四川汶川的里氏8.0级地震,是新中国建国以来最为强烈的一次地震,地震造成了四川、重庆、甘肃、陕西等省650多万间房屋倒塌,2 300多万间房屋损坏,北川县城、汶川县映秀镇等部分城镇夷为平地.在绵竹市建(构)筑物震害调查基础上,对绵竹地区5·12汶川地震乡镇一级建(构)筑物的典型震害进行了重点剖析,分析了绵竹地区建(构)筑物的地震灾害的主要影响因素,在此基础上对我国乡镇一级城镇建筑物的灾后重建和建筑物抗震建设提出了几点建议.
